Hello everyone,
Thank you for letting me join the Forum, I am new to this topic.

I am carrying out family research into William Edward Moore, Regimental Number: 24407. He was with the Royal Engineers and served with the "Balloonatics". He finished his military career as the Senior Warrant Officer at RFC and subsequently RAF. I have some information on him from FindMyPast.ie and also a Google search when his medals were auctioned.

I would be very grateful for any information or photographs people may have on the "Balloonatics" in the Boer War and indeed any material on William Edward Moore.
