Hello ..... My Great Grandfather, William Alexander Barnsley, after serving during the Basutoland Gun War of 1880-1881 ........ at a later date became a member of the "Police Force" in Johannesburg.

Would anyone have access to the Roll Call Listing of the Police Force confirming this information or knowledge of other "Documents" in order to point me in the proper direction ???
