I stand by everything I said in my reply to your post in the other thread which you started, moreover, I do think that you may well be looking at the wrong man with Cowen, a look in WO126 may well prove it beyond reasonable doubt.

But everything thus far seems to tie up with this person, fustrating, as i cant fortunately talk to the one person i need which was my late mother the oracle to all the family geneology. Apperently findmypast is supposed to have alot of stuff on there sites so may look into that to see if any collates with this information.
