The details for that F Minns are:

QSA Roll to the 10th Late 5th Division Ammunition Column. 75894 Driver F Minns. Awarded the clasps CC, OFS and Transvaal. A note says the medal was issued from the roll of the 28th Battery, RFA.

He is listed on the 28th Battery Roll with the same 3 clasps.

He does not appear to have received the KSA.
