No, that is the Commanding Officer Lt Col Harry Molyneux Carter and a Museum Collection image of the Regiment crossing the Orange River into the Orange Free State on the 17th of March 1900.

1973 Pte. C. Lysaght was one of one hundred and nine 5th Liverpool who were attached to the 2nd Wiltshire. Twelve 3rd Liverpool were also attached. They were attached from 23 April 1900 under Sec 14(2) of the Reserve Force Act and joined the Wiltshire's at Senekal on the 27th of June 1900.
