Could anyone please help me with a clearer image of this from the Graphic 01 October 1902?

Thank you

Ian,

I do not have that edition but you could try the British Newspaper Archive. They do have The Graphic and, if you register, you can access 3 pages for free.

Ian,

The photograph & article are not in the style of The Graphic - they usually have mugshots as ovals (if you know what I mean) with the text referring to it embedded in a detached article. Also The Graphic was a weekly and there does appear to have been a 1st October 1902 issue, the nearest is the 4th October.

Via my membership of FMyP I can do newspaper searches and as far as I can tell I have access to the site DJB mentioned. Putting his full name in (not DJB's) I get 59 hits ranging from 1875 to his death in 1943. None are for The Graphic and none of the 59 include a mugshot. Not all newspapers have been digitised.

Regards, David.

Ian,

This is the best I could do in Photoshop.

Thank you very much. The information was quoted from a website, so it would seem that it was incorrect.
